SGT CLASSES TYPES

Built for all levels of fitness competitor. It’s the ultimate test in strength, endurance and conditioning.

ATHX STRENGTH

These sessions focus on functional power and muscular endurance required for game day. Mastering the lifting standards of Athx, to progress and set personal bests.

ATHX ENDURANCE

Workouts designed to test sustained aerobic capacity and mental grit. It acts as a “long engine” phase, focusing on high-output cardiovascular work.

ATHX METCON

These high-intensity focused workouts are designed to test functional fitness under extreme fatigue.

Typically involving a combination of rowing/skiing, heavy sandbag carries, thrusters and burpees.

AMOR

A blend of our signature Amor style classes, whilst upholding the Athx ethos. Strength, endurance and conditioning for all ages and ability.

AMOR STRENGTH

A blend of our signature Amor style classes, whilst upholding the Athx ethos. Strength, endurance and conditioning for all ages and ability.

AMOR ENDURANCE

Combining cardiovascular and resistance training to push your aerobic capacity and mindset. These fun and challenging workouts give you a taste of everything.

AMOR METCON

These higher-intensity focused workouts push you to your limits leaving you sweaty and feeling energised.

AMOR RIDE

Our popular studio based spin classes.
50 minutes of sweat, endurance, intervals, climbs and sprints all to high intensity music.

A competitive “fitness race” combining functional strength exercises with running, designed for all skill levels.

HYROX

An interval-based class focusing on strength, power, muscular endurance, aerobic capacity, skills and agility.

This class aims to create a well-rounded fitness foundation suitable for all skill levels.

HYROX POWER

Workouts centred on traditional strength training.

This class includes various workout formats such as AMRAPs, strength intervals, and partner workouts to develop overall strength.

HYROX ENGINE

Designed to enhance VO2 max, speed and endurance. This class incorporates aerobic capacity, lactate threshold, muscular endurance, and speed drills, making you a faster runner whilst improving performance on Hyrox stations.
