Test Yourself in a Real HYROX Environment
Training sessions are one thing—putting it all together under race conditions is another. Our HYROX Simulation gives you the opportunity to experience the demands of the event, challenge your fitness, and see how you perform when fatigue starts to build.
Build Confidence Before Race Day
If you’ve signed up for a HYROX event, this is the perfect chance to familiarise yourself with the format, stations, transitions and pacing strategies before stepping onto the official start line.
Push Harder Together
As a Doubles event, you’ll tackle the challenge with a partner by your side. Share the workload, keep each other motivated, and discover how effective teamwork can make all the difference when things get tough.
Identify Your Strengths and Weaknesses
Find out which stations play to your strengths and where improvements can be made. The insights gained from a simulation can help shape your training and maximise your future performance.
Experience the HYROX Atmosphere
Expect energy, encouragement and a supportive community environment. Whether you’re aiming to compete, complete, or simply challenge yourself, you’ll be surrounded by like-minded people pushing towards the same goal.
Challenge Yourself and Have Fun
Most importantly, it’s an opportunity to step outside your comfort zone, achieve something difficult, and enjoy an incredible morning of fitness with the Amor Training community. Whether you’re a seasoned competitor or a complete HYROX beginner, this event is designed to leave you feeling accomplished, motivated and hungry for more.
First-Time HYROX Competitors
Thinking about entering your first HYROX event? This simulation is the perfect introduction. You’ll get hands-on experience of the race format, stations and pacing demands in a supportive environment, helping you arrive at race day feeling confident and prepared.
Upcoming HYROX Racers
If you’ve already booked a HYROX event, this is an excellent opportunity to test your fitness, refine your race strategy and identify areas for improvement before competing for real.
Fitness Enthusiasts Looking for a Challenge
You don’t need to have a HYROX race planned to take part. If you enjoy pushing yourself, training with purpose and taking on new challenges, this event will give you a unique and rewarding fitness experience.
Training Partners and Friends
As a Doubles event, it’s ideal for friends, gym buddies, couples or training partners who want to challenge themselves together. Share the workload, support one another and enjoy the experience as a team.
Members and Non-Members
Whether you’re part of the Amor Training community or visiting us for the first time, everyone is welcome. Our goal is to create an inclusive, supportive and high-energy event where people of all fitness backgrounds can get involved.
If you can run, lift, push, pull and are ready to challenge yourself, this event is for you.
