SWEATThis Cardio based Workout is all about maximising our myzone technology to burn calories & get a good Sweat on.

LEAN – The Complete Full Body Workout to give you that toned beach body look.

LIFT – A class specifically focused on lifting weights, Setting PB’s & getting stronger.

INTENSE – High Intensity Interval Training. This high-octane workout will help you find new levels and leave you feeling energized.

ROGUE – A class designed to throw the body out of sync to maximize results. participants won’t know the coach, the style or training plan until is time to work

LIMIT – Your mission is simple. complete a series of mini workouts within a 45 minute time limit. CAN YOU BEAT THE CLOCK ?

BEAT – This ‘beat the board’ workout is a self-paced, non stop challenge allowing you to target the muscle groups you want to prioritize.

FUEL – This training concept takes elements of Crossfit & Hyrox training and delivers race format sessions that push you both physically & mentally.

RIDE – Get ready to ride with our new studio based spin classes. 45 minutes of sweat, endurance, intervals, climbs & sprints all to high intensity music
