TEAM – Our first ever partner based workout. You and your partner will rely on each others strengths and work as a TEAM to complete fitness challenges against the clock. This 60 minute workout will take you out of your comfort zone, whilst giving you the chance to meet new people and have a lot of fun.

 

BEAT – This workout is all about challenging yourself, competing against yourself and BEATing yourself. You’ll be setting the bar by performing a series of exercises & challenges and then week by week, going up against yourself, to beat your previous record times and weights. By tracking your stats in your own Amor record book, you’ll be able to progress by adding overload week by week and push yourself harder session by session.

This Workout makes you super competitive but purely against yourself. You’ll love it.

 

 

INTENSE – This actioned pack 45 minute High Intensity Interval Training Workout leaves nothing to the imagination. If you’re one of them people that turns up to the gym with no plan or focus for the session, then you’re going to love this workout. Simply Turn Up, Work Hard, Go Home, and with MyZone technology pushing you through the workout, it’s guaranteed that the red zone will be HIIT. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

 

LEAN – This 60 minute blast is the complete package when it comes to workouts. Cardio, Weights, Upper Body, Lower Body, Core, High Reps, Fun exercises and Lots of Banter. LEAN is literally everything packaged up into One amazing workout, that will help you get that dream physique you’ve always wanted. The LEAN classes are when the SGT community really comes alive. The Team, support and encouragement will drive you to achieve far greater results.

 

LIFT – Whether you’re new to the lifting game or an experienced lifter, this class will get those muscles working in ways you never thought possible. With a massive range of Dumbbells, Barbells, Kettlebells, TIYR’s, Corebags & Sandbags at your disposal, this 60 minute lifting class will teach you everything you need to know to become more confident and stronger in the gym. Endless studies show the importance of strength training as we get older. Our Trainers will not only teach you the science behind it all but make sure you are lifting with the correct form to help you gain strength and reduce injury. Our classes will also give you a fresh out look on new exercises and training methods to help you get the most out of each session.

 

SWEAT – Do you love doing Cardio ?… Do you hate doing Cardio ?

We are sure the answer to the above questions was a YES. Our sweat classes are purely focused on cardiovascular activity.

• From smashing a Row to Kettlebell Swings.
• From the torturous Air Bike to Slam Balls.
• From hammering the Ski Erg to Battle Ropes.

Our 45 minute SWEAT classes push you do more and achieve more. Whether it’s more effort, longer distances, more reps, higher HR zones or more calories burnt during a workout. We guarantee you won’t work as hard or have as much fun doing cardio in the gym alone, as you would in one of our 7 SWEAT classes we put on each week. Not only are you working out with others, buzzing off their energy, but with the help of MyZone technology, you will also train more effectively, by having your in-play workout stats displayed on the 6 TV’s that are positioned though out our SGT training area.

This calorie burning session will be addictive.

 

BOOTY – Our famous Booty class utilises resistance bands to target the Glutes & thighs. Very popular with the ladies and in fact the only class from the old timetable to remain, just with a few added upgrades. Each class is choreographed to music, making it more fun and interactive for our members.  Booty is the only class on the timetable that takes place in our new Dance Studio. With special lighting to give it more of a party vibe, his class has a bit of everything.
